Fungsi

 1. Untuk menyatakan suatu pristiwa yang sedang berlangsung pada saat berbicara

ex : look ! she is playing football now.

2 . Untuk menyatakan suatu pristiwa yang sedang berlangsung dalam kerangka proses

ex : alice and tom are in cafe

( Alice dan Tom sedang berada di cafe )

Tom : What is your activity now ? ( Apa ke.giatanmu sekarang )

Alice : I'm writting a nover this year. ( Saya sedang menulis novel tahun ini )
